I know what I could do with $90,000.00 of that, a newer car that works and a house to live out the rest of My life in...

Of course I'm not a big spender... Contrary to some jerks.

$400 million, sorry about the extra zeros. But lets see what the ROI is. Tickets start at $400. I was offered a Ferrari Owner's Special for only $2,800 I could get seats in the Ferrari members only area. So let's say average ticket price is $600, it might be higher but that's conservative. They sold 180,000 tickets. So that's $108 million in ticket sales, the first year. Plus all those people have to say somewhere, and eat. A friend who is going is expecting to paying about $800 a night for his room, 3 nights. Think that will be typical. A friend who owns a house there is renting it out for the week for $3,000. Some of the people who stay will share accommodation, so again let's guess 1/3 as many rooms as tickets and average a room to be in the $850 range, 2 nights. So another $91 million in room rentals. Food and drink another $50 million. $20 million for TV rights, then advertisements on the track another $20 million. So a $400 million investment will bring in around $300 million in the first year, conservatively.
