That's quite expensive, Ian.
I still have to pay hospital bills from the operations I got after the accident. I pay them in pieces because they're too expensive. That, and the hospital bills from the kids I'm still paying, takes a lot from my budget.

There is a consultation process that decides first, do you need the procedure and then second, is the procedure covered by the health plan. Then it is decided how much the person can afford to pay if they can pay anything at all.
Because I am disabled from work I pay nothing at all. When I turn 65 it all changes, but the most I may have to pay will be $10.oo a week, if anything.
This is an example of a part of the Canadian experience. There are some bad things about living here, but also there are some very good things as well. All of this has taken well over three hundred years to set up, but the good news is, we are still working on it.

Curiosity has moved, 1st 14', then back 8', more movement is planned for the weekend according to NASA and KTLA News.

Oh and I've made My Last will & testament up, although it's not done yet...
