This is currently in action. Occurs last Sat in March, 20:30~21:30 your local timezone.

Turn off as many lights as you can. Obviously leave on essentials like household appliances.

I guess if you can turn off what you can it will all help.

Lights? I don't normally run lights, unless I need them, otherwise they stay off.

So far the percentage of participation I seen from the other people I have conversed with is virtually zero. You should all be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves. This event is instigated by WWF + UNESCO.

I even revved down the PC, although it is now back up to performance.

It was an interesting hour.

Ahh I did mean to participate, as I am a regular donator to the WWF. I suppose they have a point, with work and the pace of life today I forgot!
