	It all depends on the laws that parking enforcement(if it exists at all) has to enforce in each individual city. You guys have State Governors that run their own little private Countries, and County Sheriffs that make their own local laws. I'm glad I live in the UK! @Celt 4" snow??? other parts are sweltering at 85 degrees? I know it's all a build up to December :-)

	Congrats Victor. @parking, in California hill parking is part of the state wide vehicle code. Cities that have parking enforcement details (not cops) know which streets are steep enough and put them on their loop to check with parking meters and the rest. ____________

	Thanks Carlos, John, Nick and Gary. Dumb luck on My part, I just blundered in to the right spot. Got the room cooled down to 78F from 86F, Grace is all frisky now, I had to spray the 3 pads with a healthy does of water, since there are no fresh water pumps in the area for the evap/swamp cooler. and the Humidity rose from 39% to 48% too. But then I'm heating My dinner too, thankfully the sun is off of the swamp cooler side of the house for the day. ____________ BSG Anthem My Facebook page
