You mean that country, where banks print their own money and you've got trouble paying with it south of an imaginary border?

Ah yes, the English Channel, it's only a post Ice Age development, but it has been very useful. :)

Well exactly, which is why 10,000 years ago when the French weren't looking, we dug a hole in the Weald-Artois chalk ridge between the North sea and the Atlantic and let the water out ....

Were you also responsible for digging the out south Gibraltar and creating the Med?

And all this time I thought the English(I'm of French ancestry) just stuck a pin in the North sea plain to let the area sink creating the North Sea...

You have it all wrong, about 8 thousand years ago some enterprising Canadians broke the ice dame holding back Lake Agassiz. The resulting flood filled up the North Sea, and cleared out the English Channel. It had something to do with Bison imports from the continent.
Winning back then, winning now!

It was them French again, they exceeded their Bison Bonasus quota for 5988 BC.

Do they taste like a Beefalo sandwich? As I had one of those in Oregon at one time, the link leads to a recipe.

Why should Bernie be starving just because he doesn't have a bison sandwich?

Winning with wine.
