I keep my first core2 duo online mostly for sentimental reasons.
It is hardly my best rig. But, a stout rig it has been.

I got a rock (yes, a rock) shoved under the HD connector, because the GPU heat cooked the thingy, and it broke off of the HD.

One night, after multiple fails, I just took this piece of stone and shoved it under the connector.
Voila.

It has been running that way since.

I hit my first 100,000, mainly with my no GPU server that runs Seti at 50%.

This happened just as an upgrade broke my Boinc with a bug this weekend.

BOINCstats says I've broken into the top 5,000 in the world on Seti. I also moved up a position in my class at Einstein, and should move up another at both projects in a couple of days.

Broke 200K yesteday, which was also my 1 month and 1 day aniversary with SETI@home. Also in the top 10 of my team by RAC, but it seems out of 1206 members of my team, only 271 are active members so I dunno if that's saying much.

Not to late to order an Anni Shirt

After many years at this, I just gave up with my ole 1 CPU pc that banged away for 4 years and picked up 3,300 points.

I recently got back into this, March 29th. Blew over a Million last month, hit 77,000 today. Revamping my computers twice in the last week(doing one more systems rebuild this weekend), motherboards, cpu, graphic cards. Fine tunning to see If I can build up to 100,000 RAC by the end of the Month.

Now Sitting Just shy of 1.2 Million.....216th in Seti based on RAC today. Gunning for the top 50.

Yea and I turned on my ole Box and it picked up 356 points....I'm gonna run it till it dies

Broke 300,000 for my RAC and jumped back into the top 10 in the race for the Sprinter's Jersey. Also I have now contributed 3% of the Oz total in SAH.

Crossed the 2,000,000 mark today and my RAC went through the 10,000 barrier. Next goal is to get my P4/gt430 through 2000 RAC. Almost there.
