Winning after receiving a new graphics card to replace the old one whose gpu went a little melty. As a bonus, i think this new one is capable of processing CUDA WUs. Fingers crossed. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Winning/Not Winning after watching Boise State clobber Fresno State 57-7. At least it wasn't a shutout. Busy weekend - Saturday my SubVets group is riding in a local parade. Usual Sunday, then a Holiday on Monday. Manana, amigos. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

Winning after feasting on some Wild Boar sausages i found in my local butcher. Rather expensive though, not nice enough to justify it, so won't be having them again. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Try moose next time. It has a great taste. Only thing is that you usually only find them in Canada. |

Running away on a slightly damp dull afternoon. The cause was a huge ostrich that was trying to avoid becoming a Mac Dee burger. At least it will taste better than their breakfast powered egg, which looks and tastes like partially set concrete. It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues |

I met one girl in my first year of university who thought the fried eggs i cooked her for breakfast had gone off because they were mostly white. Turns out she'd only ever known McDonald's 'eggs' which are of course uniformly yellow. The relationship didn't really get anywhere. Winning after receiving a new graphics card to replace the old one whose gpu went a little melty. Card is in and working, however it appears that a 32-bit version of the GPU application for Linux is unavailable, so no winning on that front. I met one girl in my first year of university who thought the fried eggs i cooked her for breakfast had gone off because they were mostly white. Turns out she'd only ever known McDonald's 'eggs' which are of course uniformly yellow. I once had a girl friend I met in Hawaii. We had both sailed there on different boats. I took her out to a traditional Hawaiian barbeque. She was totally opposed to eating the pig. She said she never ate pig in her life and would never try it. The relationship ended quickly when I started to laugh at the comment. Earlier int he day she had made ham sandwiches for lunch. |
