According to this image, Haggis's are "Human"????

My daughter's love this book!

Own up KWSN, and admit it...."You enjoy reading her the stories too"....
....Do any of them end up getting eaten?

Only the neeps and taters... Haggis are too quick for most...

I was just thinking that myself.
Is it time to see what goodies John has imported this week?

Ooooooo, I think he was trying to keep this hidden from us all - do you fancy a tipple of this Sparky?

Apparently there's a secret drink to be had. I'm just wondering what it could be.

Here you go Chris, just don't tell John, I think we've found his secret stash.

A very passable tipple

That's a good question, perhaps if we just hide the empty bottle - over there say, John won't miss it.

Depending on what was in there you could top up with water or tea.

Oh and better stay away from the coffee I just made (unless you like really strong tar).

Don't worry, the other end of that conveyor goes to the Dalwhinnie distillery (for single malt) and I have another to a good reserve port.

That explains the lack of a label

Very nice, but a little young, try to get the remote end of the conveyor moved a bit to the left, where they keep the more mature stocks.

Don't worry about the label...As long as the contents look somewhat familiar you should be OK.

Not going to bother, it would appear John has a limitless supply direct from the distillery ;-)

So he's got both bulk and strength covered, a canny lad indeed. I take my hat off to his preparedness.

There I was, sitting pretty,
wondering about Chris's ditty.
When along came a dictionary just open,
asking someone to spell "coupon".

"The Ballad of the Busch Squirrel"

runnin' like a squirrel do
zoomin' cross the infield grass
home plate in his view screen looms
one more frontier he must pass
the batter stands oblivious
to the nimble creature on the way
the pitcher stands incredulous
the umpire makes the pitcher pay
he calls a ball the hurler screams
that squirrel ain't on either team!
the call will stand
the squirrel will not
he must run on
or he'll be caught!
