I like a good strong cup, but when I get coffee in restaurants, I have to drop in an ice cube so I don't burn my mouth. I CAN drink it cold, but for some reason I can't stand the taste of these new iced-coffee drinks. "Fester"? How about age, ferment, strengthen?
