I prefer a good Columbian coffee myself. I know I probably drink too much coffee, averaging 10 6 oz cups per day. 2 cups at bedtime, and I sleep like a baby.

why yes i can!
way back in the old days when i was "in country"
i would spoon mold off the coffee and drink it...
i did use alot of sugar though. it was barbaric...
no milk...

nowadays...i think three days is the limit..
but now i have the conveniences of modern society.

Can you beat drinking coffee leftover from Friday on Monday morning?

i made today's coffee last night...
allowed it to fester overnight and cool...
can't remember if it was Kona, Columbian or
Blue Mountain Jamaican...
it is rather tart...
i'd bet Columbian...

I like a good strong cup, but when I get coffee in restaurants, I have to drop in an ice cube so I don't burn my mouth. I CAN drink it cold, but for some reason I can't stand the taste of these new iced-coffee drinks.

"Fester"? How about age, ferment, strengthen? Fester conjures images that are not consistent with waking up or eating..... unless you are a zombie or a vulture.

I like PG Tips on occasion as a substitute for coffee...

I think a good pot of French Press coffee runs circles around espresso in almost every case...

An oxymoron?

Not if you have a high threshold for stimulants - like those with ADHD.
Some folks need the extra kick to put them over the line and trigger the calm-down response.

And then there is decaf, for those who want the taste without the buzz.

No thank you, I'll stick to the real thing.
