The old ways end in missing Mars :D

I calculated a gallon price of $8.02 including rounding and currency errors.
Now you know why Europe drives more fuel efficient cars ;)

Here in worker's paradise of Alberta we are at $1.15 CDN a litre for low test. (That is 80 something octane.)
Now us getting a PT Cruiser looks a lot better than keeping the old Chevy Pick me up Truck.

Low test/Regular Unleaded probably 87 Octane, same as here in the Lower 48.

Let's see.... 4 litres is about 1 gallon =>C$4.60/gal
If Exchange rate = .8 => US$ 3.70/gal

Almost worth moving north...... nah!

I heard somewhere that the UK currently has one of there highest fuel prices anywhere. Which is why my 2.5 litre petrol Jag has made way for my 1.5 litre diesel Nissan. Which is a win!!

Diesel here is $4.399 a gallon, but then We have a lot of Semi Trucks pass through Barstow CA... Oh and My Ford Escort zx2 hot coupe gets about 26mpg from a 2.0 liter gasoline engine, If I drive farther like nearer to 300 miles, My gas mileage gets closer to 33mpg(highway), instead of 26mpg, 25mpg is the city figure for gas mileage and so I do a bit better than stock.

Just to convert to something I'm familiar with, thats 7.1 and 9.0 l/100km respectively.

Can I win now?

Can you win? Certainly.

Will you win? Only uli knows that, so we'll have to wait and see.
But I'll take the lead for now.

Broke your leg, like for real? I don't think that could ever be fun, ever.
Just to cheer you up, there is a crackling good aurora building out there right now.
I have broken arms, fingers, and toes, but never a leg.
