Vic

you may have already looked at these but a single slot sli connector may solve you problem for close fitting cards

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Phobya-Variable-SLI-VGA-Connector-1-Slot-/330546093332?pt=Computing_ComputerComponents_Fans_Heatsinks_SR&hash=item4cf6151d14#ht_2405wt_905

min distance is ~18mm

i have used these for back to back gpu cards with EK blocks and should be compatible with Koolance if the picture is anything to go by

as the distance is so short i have found that connecting them before putting into motherboard appears to work best

I had to use the USA site to find the same part, I have a couple parts that are 17mm spacing according to Koolance, The water blocks will be right next to each other with no slots in between. The 17mm Ram-35 part(Type 3) is Here.

I did find that the Type 3 RAM-35 connector paired with a Koolance Nozzle Coupling Adapter, G 1/4 Male-Female might just do the trick, Next month I'm going to order 3 of the M-F adapters and 1 of the Type 3 connectors as I have one already.

Koolance fittings:

Type 2

Type 3

M-F adapter(this adds an extra 4mm to close the gap)

Now If the combo of the type 3 and the M-F is too big then there is the Type 2 and the M-F.

Ok While I wait for the phone and a keyboard skin to arrive, I've got a pic of My future HTPC, that is almost ready for testing:

Ok I got the H70 in and the 140x25mm fan had to come out as It was too big, It hit the radiator, So in went a 120x25mm fan which fits, all the fans are connected, zip tie a pair of fan cables, I need to remove a PCI TV tuner card from another PC and the EVGA SSC(1373-AR) GTX460 will come out as the psu I'm testing the motherboard and such with is a 550w psu w/two 12v rails @ 18A each(I won't be installing the 550w psu of course), Afterwards the 460 will go back in and so will a 300GB WD Velociraptor(orange sata cable) and a 1050w psu(If It fits), the Pink(Red really) sata cable is for a 500GB WD Black 2.5" hdd

Ok the replacement phone is here and the battery is charging, I'll know soon if the old phone works or not as I'll then do a battery swap and see what happens then.

I have yet to activate the replacement phone, As that requires a trip to Barstow CA. But Hey for $11.13 I can't argue, It works, So far better than the old one.

Well I charged up the new battery and did the swap into the old phone, The old phone comes up, But can't find any service, Otherwise It works, And It won't charge the battery, The New phone will, So I may be able to at least transfer the settings down at Verizon Wireless in Barstow on Saturday, maybe, as It looks like It'll take about 2 hours to charge the 2nd battery fully, It's charging now.

If you take the "sim card" (funny looking piece of plastic) out of the old phone and put it in the new, it might work.

Not totally correct Vic. While most of Verizon's phones use CDMA protocols which don't have sim cards, some Verzion phone do support GSM. The GSM phones require a sim card. The Razr v3c comes to mind. It supports both.

The Samsung SCH-u540 is CDMA, So It doesn't support a sim card.

Not counting the water cooler, you have a similar setup to mine. I’ll whip off some pix later if you are interested.

Sure go ahead, I'm always curious. The water cooler is in pieces still as I lack some vital parts and some instructions in english for a water block, If Yer talking about a PC, If not, The swamp cooler's just sitting in the wall waiting for warmer weather to come back, Right now It's 39F(4C) outside, For this area thats cold...

As you can see it was in need of a cleaning, done. It needs dusting at least once a month, I try to keep up. As you may know, cats and computers mix badly. It has a standard cooling fan, and summer or winter it has yet to overheat. It runs a Q6600 quad core, not clocked.
NVIDIA Geforce 9600 GSO
Inside there is a blue ray DVD, that can also play High def' and it can write as well. (I only burn DVDs and music on it.) It was running 64bit, but after a lot of problems I put a 32bit Win 7, and now no problems. It uses a Hauppauge TV card. (Cable) I don't take an HD TV signal. (Money)
I was going to put seti on it, but hey, this is my media machine, and I am pushing one million WUs. It works so well that I may never do any more than keep it clean. If I ever get back to work I may upgrade to a faster lap top, and I'll give my little i3 lappy to my oldest grandson when he starts collage next year. That should help him out, I get to feel good, and I get a newer faster puter box.
So there it is cleaner, faster, and still clunking along.

Grace likes to lay on Mine, So far It just has a Dual layer DVD+/- R burner, Eventually It will get a Blu-ray burner that can do the same, Dust here is a problem, But I see more cat hair from Grace as She's a long haired hippie, Mine has the following inside It:

a 6200 video card(temp?),
a pci-e 108Mbps wifi card(SuperG),
a EVGA Superclocked GTX460(763MHz),
a PCI TV Tuner card(2006),
a Dual Layer DVD +/- burner(DVR?),
a 300GB WD VelociRaptor:(planned as part of the swap)
(for the moment, Later It'll be just a 500GB WD Black 2.5" hdd that I have),
a 500GB WD Black 2.5" 7200rpm hdd(planned as part of the swap),
6GB ram,
an i7 860 cpu,
an Asus P7P55D Pro motherboard,
a 900w psu(, 990w is a temp, later a 1050w when I make the hdd swap).

Grace has found that She likes laying on top of the case, So far going after Her repeatedly to discourage that type of behavior is working, So far. Like I said, She's a Lazy cat.

Ok I just uploaded after making a folder for the EVGA P55 Classified 200 motherboard, My 1st photo in that project, the photographed instructions, Of course their all in German and I can't read German...

I may have to start up the flatbed scanner and scan this for a more readable picture, As 2/3rd of the pic looks readable to Me.

ROFLMAO sorry Vic ;D

I would try and ask the manufacturer per email for a .pdf of their english instructions.

I can just about read, that you shouldn't tighten the screws too much or you will damage either the CPU or the cooler...
