Chris is determined to be the last. Indeed, he has been quite fast. But, it is with continuous flight, We can all see him on Skype? It's good to be back amongst friends and colleagues |

Will It be Chris or Will It be John or will It be someone else? The suspense is a killer. Now where is that UPS truck? The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Winning with a cold beer after a loooong day at work. Worked Veterans' Day (double time), and am working tomorrow (9 hours overtime). If I'm not winning, my bank account sure is. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

I smell a win... Someone will niw, Maybe a CRL? Who knows? As 750 isn't too far off now. Me I'm glad I'm back from the Post Office as I had to mail back some shoes(Parcel Post) that didn't fit like I thought, too tight on the small toes(the shoes may have been labeled 11 4E, But fit like 11 3E, tight), Now I have to wait for a refund of $45.00 and a Verizon refund of $23.28 before I can order a Jacket for $66.95 which I could measure for, At least that's the same, Shoes I can get local in December, The Jacket will just have to wait, Disneyland or not, I'm also getting some documents sent back to Me and I've collected a few bill statements for the phone, Although not for DSL yet, All for a mortgage with Guild Mortgage with some down payment assistance from San Bernardino County that will flesh out My $1350(3%) down payment which comes from the sale of the mobile home, Which I will do once I get the loan approved, As I'm not sawing off the limb I'll be on without somewhere to go first, As that would be Disaster for Me. The SB County HAP program will pay for everything else and My closing costs and cause of My income being really low, I automatically qualify for the program which Means I should get a loan approved from Guild Mortgage and Guild is the only one in this end of California who can do Unconventional Mortgages in this state I'm told, Plus they can do CalHFA too, I'll have to ask on Monday if the two can be combined, Doubt It, But there's no harm in asking. Guild-Application[x] & 23 rent receipts[m], award letter[m], DSL bill[m], phone bill[p], 3 months Bank Statements[p](Postage and Envelope) m = mailed(from the USDA and DSL Extreme) p = pdf files(downloaded, waiting to print those) x = done(ready for mailing) The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
