For those of you who take protein supplements what do you use?

My trainer is big on Whey Protein Powder.

I picked up a HUGE can of Whey awhile back but ran our. Went to our local store last night and they only had Soy. I already drink Soy Milk so I don't think more Soy would be useful...I may have to go to GNC and pay their overbearing prices :(

How huge a can? In pounds that is.

Whey Concentrate 34% 50 LB(Honeyville Food Products) for $94.99 + $4.49 UPS shipping or $99.48 total.

I buy My powdered eggs from Honeyville Food Products every month, But that's cause I can't get whole powdered eggs here, just online.

I'm not sure Vic-I'm not at home right now.

It was definitely bigger than this which I picked up last night.

My numbers are:
Height 1.82 , which is closer to 6´ than it is to 5´11"
Weight (a guess, but might be 98 instead of 100) of 99 Kg. (that is about 218 lbs.)
Will try to find more accurate data the next days about my weight!
My desire/wish is to get into the "Goldylocks" zone at the end of this year!LOL
Sorry , I forgot to mention the BMI---->29.9
