Darn Blurf, I'm sorry to hear this. I hope she's ok.

I'll take the winner's spot now though. My sister went to try and renew her driver's license today, only to find out that it was suspended, all over a car, that she traded in over a year ago, and got a parking ticket even though she doesn't own it. Had to run around town, deal with one idiot after another. She gets to deal with DMV tomorrow, hopefully they will cut her slack, since she's not the owner of the car, she shouldn't be penalized.

I've sold cars to get rid of them, Only to have someone park It somewhere and get a parking ticket, Thankfully the CADMV had the paperwork showing that I wasn't the owner anymore previous to the ticket being issued, So no ticket for Me.

Thx for the concern, friend. She's sore but she did go to work. This is the 3rd (or 4th) episode she's had--same area of her back. We think it's due to her weight loss and sudden expansion of exercise over the past 2 months. I bought her a medicine ball and accompanying DVD to work on strengthening her back muscles. I've also frontpaid my personal trainer for 5 sessions with her.

Hopefully things will improve soon....and we'll both win

Well, the place she bought her new car, and traded her old one in, didn't bother changing the title at all. They let some dumb a** worker use the car, it broke down, and didn't bother moving it, or getting it. Now this company went under apparently, and is owned by another company. Heck, she even turned in the plates to the DMV, so why they felt to nail my sister like this is beyond me, but we're not out any money, and thats the only thing I care about. LOL

Yeah, some do that, I always file My copy, So as to not be liable, Don't depend on the buyer, As I've found that Buyers can be unpredictable. I even had a dealer do that to Me and then say It wasn't their car as they'd sold It to someone else. Yeah right.

Winning while trying to stay awake. Was feeling a bit unwell this morning and thought it might be allergies so I took an anti-histamine. All that happened is that I fell asleep until 11am and have been drowsy all day.
