Right! I talked to the Real Estate Agent today and I'm going to lower the price of My house to $12,000 from $17,500 as one near Me sold for a lower amount, How much lower I wasn't told, Nor could I find out. That is I'll do this when the current contract ends in about 1 month. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

And hopefully June won't be too warm as I'm getting My A/C redone on the car too that month. I'll not hold Ya to It Andy, Besides here I can only hear a train horn over the PC and the cooler when Its on. Only a few Semi Trucks have those horns, My nephew knew of one and in a tunnel their a real riot as It gets peoples attention like nothing else will. :D The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Belay that order. Well unless their flying, US Navy Hydrofoils don't worry about Fishies.(Yeah the Navy has/had one last I looked and It could do 100 knots and It's not Nuclear either). The 1st one was the USS PEGASUS (PHM-1), They could run rings around any ship, PT Boats too. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

But yeah Your area could stand being a few degrees warmer, Someone needs to make a few large orbiting magnifying glasses(that'll warm Ya up) Kidding Andy. ;) Just restore the gulf stream and give me my warm South Westerlies back would be a good start. It's been the coldest Winter for over 30 years here: http://www.wsmweather.co.uk/?p=4289 |
