So remembering to jump on the cell once in a while to talk to the ol' Donny is not so much to ask. Ok, what's his number? |

My 87 year old neighbor invites the JW's in for the company. His kids and grand kids have jobs and school, so they can only visit on the weekends. His family does visit often. He is not a neglected or forgotten senior. It is just that during the week my neighbor's days are long... very very very long. Human contact is a valuable commodity. Yes I agree, Human Contact is valuable, My Grandpa was said to have died of loneliness after His 2nd wife passed away(I have no idea who the 1st wife was only that They had a son together who Grandpa disowned and so the half brother broke Grandpas last will and testament(and I suspect He took the Black family Bible too as It had the family tree in It and except for the 1st son and His Mom I have reconstructed that family tree and then some, all the way back to the 1770's), As their one and only child(My Dad) almost never visited Him before or after, They didn't always get along and I think Dad didn't like Grandpas Religious views all that much and Dad didn't want Me exposed to that I guess(and from what I've heard Grandpa was an Evangelical follower at one time, Dad wasn't of course, So Dad let Me choose what I wanted to do as a result when It came to Religion). :D I later learned that Grandpa was a Police Chief and a City Councilman at one time and Our family still has His Gold Shield too(the half brother of My Dad will never get that), He was also a part of the Family Business which was a Auto Repair Shop and then a bit later a Car Dealership which didn't survive the crash of 1929(Durants and I think either Oldsmobiles or Buicks), He also had a Bicycle Shop after WWII(Grandpa never served in either WWI or WWII). Oh and Grandpa passed away when He was 82, He saw the 1st Moon landing on TV(He never lived to see the others though) and and read about the Wright Brothers and their flying machine in 1903, Not bad for a guy born in a Log Cabin. So remembering to jump on the cell once in a while to talk to the ol' Donny is not so much to ask. LOL.....I am not sure he would get such a kick out of your call........... Besides, I'd have to listen in to hear what you say about me. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

Good morning all. Luke, I juggle too. Oh and Mark there are lots of juggling tricks you can do with one hand, I often practice juggling two objects with one hand. Or a really fun thing to do is to stand next to another juggler. Each can use one hand. Just avoid chainsaws, molotov cocktails, rubber chickens and other objects of mass destruction. Morning Carlos... I know a few good patterns. Got any to share? Lemme see, I can juggle (off the top of my head): 2 Balls, 1 Hand (stable) 3 ball cascade (stable) 3 ball reverse cascade (stable) 3 ball columns (stable) 3 ball shower (stable) 3 ball half-shower (stable) 3 ball '423' (stable) 3 ball factory variation (which I am sure I invented myself - partially stable) 3 ball jugglers tennis (stable) 3 ball columns tennis (stable) 3 ball columns (4,2) Fake (stable) 3 ball columns infinity 3 ball columns "W" 3 ball columns "M" 3 balls in 1 hand (a few catches) 4 ball fountain (default 4 ball pattern - stable for a few minutes) 4 ball columns (partially stable) 5 ball cascade (really hard - stable for a few seconds ~ 80 catches) Go here for specific patterns if anyone is interested... Aah, so it was Mars that I was looking at through my telescope last night. I assumed it to be Jupiter. No wonder I couldn't see any moons. At the time I guessed they were drowned out by the light of the Moon. Very neat. - Luke. |

At the time I guessed they were drowned out by the light of the Moon. Very neat. No better. It's going to be a long, painful road to recovery. Single hand typing is very efficient now though. 9:40 AM here now on a Sunday. If anyone has a program or settings change to auto-capitalize after a full stop, could you please notify me? I'm too tired to look around right now... after the little sleep I got last night... - Luke. |

Well You got an hour more sleep than I did, But thats pretty normal around here, As the mattress is pretty stiff here(Just short of concrete w/carpet and thick padding under the carpet does almost), I don't think most could tolerate It much, as My back/shoulders will hurt for a few minutes and then My back/shoulders will stop hurting or I'll turn on My left side if It doesn't for a few minutes, that works for Me. Down south of you in California the gerbera daisies are in bloom. I am more jealous of the hibiscus you are able to grow in your area! Up here they never get big and we pretty much have to treat them as annuals. And out here the gophers are tunneling. :D Up here as well. Those darn little pocket gophers used to treat my vegetable garden as their personal Farmers Market, until I discovered the joys of planting in gopher cages! |

Down south of you in California the gerbera daisies are in bloom. Oh what cruel fate, Down here the gophers will leave eventually as I have nothing besides gravel and sand . The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
