Unless you are a miner!

Then It's a good day when the ceiling stays put. Now for the 4th cup of coffee, I might have to make a 2nd pot of coffee as It's only 8:41am PDT here. :D

Hi all. havent been here to much, because im mentally beat. learning tio run a CNC machine is tough for this old dog. Plus loading 2 inch diameter by 4 foot brass stock is no picnic either. But it will be worth it beacuse if i pass my basic test i will get a raise.

Do brass bats eat brass bugs? How do they get off the ground?

Your barfeeder only accepts 4' lengths? Or are you just running it thru the spindle?

By my calcs, 4' of 2" OD brass is about 46 pounds...but as I already know, when you have to lift 10-15 of them during a day, it gets old real fast...

Sounds like you are having fun with the new toy...

Winning.....

Saturday as the Head Usher for the funeral of our Pastor's wife it was almost a State service. I seated 2 members of Congress and a number of dignitaries from our denomination's main US offices. It was really neat to be in that role. I also got to escort the family in and seat them as well as escort them out. It felt good to take care of the family-was quite therapeutic.
