Better than 4F and no that's not the temp(It's a WWII thing and to 4F was not a good thing I've read), It's 100F outside. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I had to register with the draft when I was a senoir in high school. My card read 4S after I graduated it read 4A. My draft number for that year was low. So i enlisted in the Air Force before the new draft came out. And woulnt you know it my new number was 315 for 1972. [/quote] Old James |

Yep, It sure was, My Dad was one of those who wasn't drafted, If It wasn't for His abilities driving w/a stick shift, typing and some people skills, He wouldn't have qualified for the US Army as one of His eyes was 20/200, Thankfully He made It home in 1946 or I wouldn't be typing this as I wouldn't even exist. :o The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
