It's been wet, wet, wet here! Looks likely to have been one of the wettest July's on record.

I'd love to, But the rotational gimbals on the solar magnifying glass are broken, It'd need either a Shuttle Mission or an Ares Mission to fix It(If Ares isn't killed by cheap ass penny pinchers in Congress).

Well there's no chance of the British Government helping you with the repair. If you think Congress are bad for penny pinching, you haven't lived under the Labour Party. Perhaps we could do a joint NASA and British Space Agency mission... Oh that's right no real British Space Program.

Robbing that ROFL gif...

Here It's the same, Clear and Hot, I got the parts(11000cfm swamp cooler water pump & 3 new pads 28"x32", Should be 28"x27", But I never can find those, so these will do as 5" can be cutoff & cause no problems) to cool the house down better and to keep the pads wetter($37.73), Now I just need someone to install them, As the last time I installed the pads It was a lot cooler as It was in the springtime, Summer is a whole nother beast.

Yeah right... The US invest Billions into they're Space Program. The UK invest millions. The most exciting thing happening with UK Space endeavours at the moment is sending a 300 gram block of cheese into space!!! Even that was fowled up and ended up going missing. Don't worry though it was found! We aimed for space and got a Garden in Buckinghamshire.

Sorry, but I am a little too far away to do it.

I think I always get larger pads as well, I took the extra pieces and added them to area to give it a little more area to keep wet.

Kai,
I glad that you have been watching the weather that Super Jokers has been having. It is very similar to what you might find around Area 51, depending on the time of the year. You should be warned that because of the low population density much of Nevada does not have cellphone service. I hope that you enjoy your trip to the US and Las Vegas, just be careful.

Have fun
Pellinore

We've had a couple of rain free days!

No big deal to our American friends, but a great relief to us in the UK!

The Sun is shining and it feels very pleasant today :)
