Well, for those that care, it looks like the vacation plans are in place ... I will be taking a little over a month off to go back east. So, for those that want to see changes to my propaganda ... complain early and often ... I will still be hanging out in the forum and working on some material I have wanted to get into the site (more backgroud stuff) but will not be able to post updates (well, I may, but we will have to see how it goes) ... Heck, I am not even sure that I will be able to read my e-mail ... which may be a blessing ... So, plan accordingly ... :) I may also work on pages that are up and incomplete but I don't think that I will have any ability to post the actual updates until I get back (I think I will be gone for about 6 weeks starting the 20th of this month and won't be back until December). If you don't care, ... Well, I will still be gone on those dates ....
For BOINC Documentation: Click Me! [/url] |

> Crap. Exit Voice of Reason, stage left. Hey, they have a computer ... I will be in the forums probably everyday, and working on other things ... It is just that I will not be able to fix things in the web site ... I will be able to make changes to the pages, but I will not be able to update the site from their computer. Or do e-Mail ... But, as I said in another place ... I get lost easily ... I will not be able to fix things that I have screwed up in the documentation ... Actually, now I think about it this is just about the first time I will be going on a vacation since I transferred to the fleet reserve ... now I am on the retired list, it is a lot more comfortable. If I can keep my health up, I hope to see the USS Constitution in Boston Harbor ... I won't get it this trip ... but I would also like to (one day) stop in Chicago to see the U-505, captured on the high seas by Captain Daniel V. Gallery ... the first ship captured by the USS Navy since the war of 1812 (Taking his word for it ...). One other ship I would like to see is the USS Midway in San Diego ... My first ship ...
For BOINC Documentation: Click Me! |

Even if it means the forums will be in flames by the time you get back. ------------------------------------ The game High/Low is played by tossing two nuclear warheads into the air. Oh my no, this is fun stuff ... A lot of what I do with the documentation is also fun, be even more of it is just plain old drudge work ... like making links, shooting example pictures (which are out of date in weeks usually as the sites evolve, meaning they have to be shot again, and again ....). This is how I "get out of the house" ...
For BOINC Documentation: Click Me! |

Ok, the HTML parser just went one step up my todo-list, something seems to be wrong on initial posts... will have a look at it later. Have a great vacation Paul =) |
