The Bill passed with a Simple Majority and largely along party lines and is off to be signed or Vetoed(Probably signed) by President Obama, So the 17th is off, All thanks to Dish Network, DirecTV and the Cable Companies. ;p I believe they should keep analog signal TV for the masses. So If You want to see KCET in HD, Forget It, Dish Network puts out a Bastardized signal that's HD in a 4:3 ratio and one can tell as the ends of the 16:9 picture have been lopped off on the right and on the left sides of the screen and the signal has been degraded to less than HD Quality and to less than a real analog signal too.
