I run on CUDA for 2 weeks now almost without any issues, but yesterday BOINC download and start running V. 6.03 only. 6.06 WU´s never show again. Any clue?

The same thing happened to me as well yesterday (or the day before that).
I've also noticed I'm getting a lot more Astropulse WUs than before, but this probably isn't related.

Yeah, I was thinking on something server related. As I said, I was running CUDA without any issues for two weeks now on this machine (C2D @3000 - GT 9600).

You should try the suggestion given to the others mentioned in the thread you read, and install the v6 version of the modified CUDA app. This will bypsss the server restriction.

Just to make sure the app is installed in the right place. You should have it installed in C:Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Boinc\projects\setiathome.berkeley.edu.

What version of drivers do you have for the card?

I assume we're only talking about the 9600 GT card. since the 8400M GS has only 128 memory and 255 is needed.

The server restriction is related to pending credits I have?

No, the restriction is for slower cards since they may be more prone to some errors.

Just so everyone knows, the developers plan to introduce a new Seti scheduler here soon (Monday maybe), which together with a newly released Beta BOINC should fix the problems of:

1. Installing BOINC with CUDA capable card, but only getting work for the CPU.
2. Having had CUDA work, but since a while only getting work for the CPU.

Those together with Seti app 6.08 should bring a lot more stability to these parts.
