. . . i recall - during the 10K Races - thru the streets of Los Angleles - actually when they passed mi place in Silverlake [usin' Route 66 - Sunset Blvd] - i would observe all the people running - looking 'closely' @ each face - attempting to identify any Friends that were participatin' in said race

well - for anybody that's ever attempted that which i refer to - they know what happens after watching a race and lookin' @ all those runner's [people] - your eyes - as soon as you stop for a moment - to rest per se - your eyes - the eyes start to 'jitter' around and one gets quite a strange reaction - know what i mean? ;))
