Even I'm not blonde, I might want one of these, it goes well with my lipstick!

Notice, the "any key" is at the left of the 1 key, at the other side than the 2 key. And I really like how all the useless keys are called what they are, useless keys! There is what any woman needs, blonde or not.

Maybe your computer is too paranoid! Or maybe you are not blonde enough for them to let you check out the keyboard. :-P

I'm just home after going on a shopping spree for shoes. I ended up buying three pairs of them.

I needed some new shoes for daily wear, for work and for a casual night out, so I bought a nice pair for wearing when being out for a dinner or evening visits, being casual dressed (not party shoes, which I have already), a pair of more sporty shoes for daily wear, and a pair of Gore-Tex shoes, which I can use when the weather is wet and snowy. They all felt like home slippers when I tried them on (I'm a Pisces!). I tried several pairs on, but as I see it, shoes have to fit immediately, so I ruled most of them out after trying them on.

Those three pairs stood out as immediately well fitting, and I decided to buy all three pairs, also because in those pairs I have shoes for different purposes. So with the pair I already have for daily use, I'm well equipped with daily shoes now.

I did look for some small party shoes also, but either I didn't like them or they didn't feel good when I tried them on. So I'll wait to see if the fashion changes to be more fit after my feet and my likings.

They had some handbags too and I looked at them too. But I'm not into handbags, I have my shoulder bag, which I use and in which I have all the things I need on a daily basis, and in which I can have a folder or carry my shoppings home in. I have never been able (or interested in) to have that kind of infrastructure in mind it requires to move things from one bag to the other and remember to have it all with me, when I go out. Then it's better just to have party bags, where I only have what I need on an evening out, my credit card, a lipstick, my powder box, a comb, a small mirror, and some cigarettes and a lighter even I quit smoking a couple of weeks ago, I am still a party smoker.

So now I'm ready (almost, I just need to have my nails done) for tomorrow's Christmas party at my bosses. I want to make it casual with a pair of dark green pants and a red shirt, and with one of the pairs of shoes I bought today, black, and with my little black party bag. And of course with the Christmas tree brooch with rhine stones I have. That is as much Christmassy I can become.

Next Friday, on the other hand, at the work Christmas lunch party, I will be much more party like. I have bought a new cute little dress, violet, to which I'll wear dark grey leggings and black party shoes. I have a small silver party bag, I'll bring with me, with only the necessary as mentioned above in it.

I'll now do my nails. So tomorrow all I have to do is to do my hair, get dressed and put on make-up. It will be interesting to meet all my bosses' friends and business associates, they know the Devil's Grandmother and all. It's interesting to meet people, maybe I'll like a few of them.

Well I am very lucky. Today I ... dropped my computer onto the hardwood floor from at least a foot up .... and knocked over a can of soda onto it ... total damage: none.

Doctors' Opinion of Financial Bail Out Package

The Allergists voted to scratch it, and the Dermatologists advised not to make any rash moves.

The Gastroenterologists had sort of a gut feeling about it, but the Neurologists thought the Administration had a lot of nerve, and the Obstetricians felt they were all laboring under a misconception.

The Ophthalmologists considered the idea shortsighted; the Pathologists yelled, 'Over my dead body!' while the Pediatricians said, 'Oh, Grow up!'

The Psychiatrists thought the whole idea was madness, the Radiologists could see right through it, and the Surgeons decided to wash their hands of the whole thing.

The Internists thought it was a bitter pill to swallow, and the Plastic Surgeons said, 'This puts a whole new face on the matter.'

The Podiatrists thought it was a step forward, but the Urologists felt the scheme wouldn't hold water.

The Anesthesiologists thought the whole idea was a gas, and the Cardiologists didn't have the heart to say no.

In the end, the Proctologists left the decision up to some ass***** in Washington.

Yeah definitely, thanks. The wheel bearings were going bad so it wasn't stopping real well. Was making me nervous. Tightened up the gear box to reduce play in the steering wheel.

Should be good for awhile now

I wish, Matthew. We're starting to look at new vans for me and it's not looking good. Chevy doesn't make the Astro anymore but I'm leaning towards a Honda Odyssey

Is the Honda Odyssey user friendly ? Doesn't Chevy make A van that replaced the Astro?

They make the Chevy Express but I don't need a full-size van. A Mini-van is perfect for my lift. I really dislike the Dodge minivans as 3 people in my family have had negative experiences with them (bad transmissions).

There was a business article some months ago that said by the end of this year all American vehicle manufacturers will stop making minivans. So you'll have to get what you can now or purchase a more expensive import later.

Heck, by what some are saying all American vehicle manufacturers will be out of business by then. :-)
