. . . Wednesday Night - Spaghetti ala leonardo w/ Ground Round Sirloin Beef [lightly browned], Italian Plum Tomatoes + Stewwed Sauce, Fresh Chopped Garlic, Tamatoe Paste,

[2] Bay Leaves, Valaida Sweet Onion, Fresh Green Pepper [sliced], Fresh Basil [ground], Fresh Celery [chopped], Paprika, a 'touch' of sugar, Salt & Coarse Black Pepper 'Ground'







and - slow cooked for 4 hrs in a Crock-Pot . . .

Delicious!!! I could have a bath of spaghetti, but without Leonardo!!

Nice, But too starchy for Me(the body converts starch in paotatoes to fat), Besides raw potatoes are something that doesn't last the month as they start rotting within 2 weeks here, the rest I could do, But would be expensive on the meat and the carrots would have to be bought frozen. :o
