I've been real busy trying to get workers for the house and garden. Still no luck!!! :[[ With an energy boom going and not enough young people around its really hard this year to find manual labor. We now have Edicts (well, City ordinances/bylaws) against "unsightly" properties. You can be fined, the work done by City workers at punishing fees, even jailed in my small Burgh. :[[

OOH Boy! That pregnant cat of mine, Tippy, is "Little Miss Princess Horrible" today. She's restless as anything, jumping on window sills and she tore two of my favorite sheer curtains! As if I didn't have enough to deal with! :[[

They're expensive as all heck, I just can't afford to buy new ones right now. So sometime this week I'll have to make like Dr. Frankensteing and stitch the rips together as best as I can. Don't expect me to be sending pics to Better Homes and Gardens any time soon. :]]

I got two DVD movies sent from Amazon today. Nothing special or serious, just a bit of entertainment, movies I haven't seen replays of on TV for a very long time. I got "Two Mules for Sister Sara" with Clint Eastwood and Shirley MacLaine, and "Johnny Handsome", an odd little movie starring Mickey Rourke.

I've been running around all day, so it'll be nice to relax in front of my computer and watch one of these tonight. :]]

It's kinda like the 'tuff luv' that my Tigger II just tried to express to me a couple of minutes ago by crawling onto my chest, nuzzling me, and then digging in with her claws......ouch......
