Just ran across this Time/CNN article on The 50 Worst Cars of All Time.
Complete with pictures, I had not heard of or had fogotten about many of them. An interesting tour of past automotive follies.

They missed my DKW with two stroke engine, three cylinders, front wheel drive. Absolutely treacherous. If you dirtied your spark plugs with excessive pedal, the engine would stop running in the middle of an overtaking.

The two stroke engine fuel is a mixture of gasoline and lubricating oil.
