That being the case....what is the likelihood of the pictures that created all the uproar in the first place being Photoshop'ed or created with a CGI program??

A lot of people have said that the photos weren't faked in any way. But having seen those videos, and also taking into account the info on the CARET program that was recently released....

Is it possible that some ran across that information and used it to help create the photos of the " UFO "??
