I keep getting the same message come up in my BOINC manager messages tab. It says "Schedular Request Failed Unrecognised HTTP content-encoding" My machine has a strong connection to the internet. What does this mean? Of all the things I`ve lost, I miss my mind the most. 322 |

It's a libcurl problem, the developers suspect, but we need your help in this. Could you please exit BOINC, then make a file called cc_config.xml with Notepad in your BOINC folder and add: <cc_config> <log_flags> <http_debug/> </log_flags> </cc_config> Save the file (make sure it has the xml extension, not a txt extension) in the \\BOINC\\ folder. Restart BOINC. Wait until you get this error. Exit BOINC again. Navigate again to your \\BOINC\\ folder and open this file: stderrdae.txt Copy all of the last information you got since you restarted BOINC from this file and send it to me at elst93 at gmail dot com I'll get it to the developers who are needing this information. If not sure, just copy all of your std*.xml files over. Put them in a RAR file, if possible. Gmail doesn't like zip files. |

He did say what it was, but I forgot. Thanks anyway. Of all the things I`ve lost, I miss my mind the most. 322 |

Can you ask again, please? Snow or not. ;-) The developers would like to know. You can post it in this thread at any moment. With thanks. |
