Between vindictive minusing and people whining about vindictive minusing, this has become a hindrance to discussions in the forums, not a tool. Please eliminate these functions and leave only the "report as offensive" button.

Or you can just ignore it and set up your minimum and maximum marks in your forum account. Mine are set to go off at -1001 and +1000 ... you need a lot of minusing for that!

It's only a bulletin board. Don't fret over things like a rating system. There's other things in life to worry about. ;-)
