Hi there !

Ever since a few days now, i'm not able to upload/download anything to Seti.
I was running a previous version of the Boinc-manager and have now upgraded
to 5.2.2. But sorry,..... no cigar !

So basically, i can get in touch with: setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/

But uploading/downloading fails because i cannot reach: setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu

Pinging this address goes fine.
However a tracert gets lost somewhere after:

Any suggestions guys and/or girls ????

Not very fair to say 'No Cigar' to 5.2.2 - The fault isn't there IMO.

The trace you show says you're not getting anywhere near berkeleys servers.
You are getting out of your system and into the internet as well, but there is a router or routing problem there in The Netherlands by the look of it.

I'm not blaming the new BOINC-version... I think it's this Cogent-problem again, where some European users get locked-out from setiboincdata-access...
I'm just looking for a solution, not blaming anyone (may'be Cogent...).

Others who have had connection problems have got by using a proxy - there are several threads here about using them - I don't know more as I've not needed them.
