Before you do so, please email me and let's arrange for you to ship me your spare puters. I promise to keep them Warm and Happy. It'll make you feel better that they are still contributing, and you'll feel better that you don't have to put up with a Non communicative project.

Hope I can help you, let's get this done soon. Especially, before this gets fixed soon or you might change your mind.

Yeah, right. Perhaps you could trade it for a Timex Sinclair, old Apple ][e, or even a Commodore 64 (watch out for the sprites!) :o)

Stewie: So, is there any tread left on the tires? Or at this point would it be like throwing a hot dog down a hallway?

trust me, my computer idle cpu time is not idle, it is taken up by a distributing project that is working just fine, so i won't be shipping them anywhere.
if boinc and seti and others get back online as they should, then i will turn boinc back on also, but until then.... cpus ain't idle.
Thanks, and Keep on crunchin'

I have two old IBM "laptops" that may be of use. No hard drives but they do have dual 3.5" drives and 9600 modems that clip to the back.

I also have an Apple ][e, it's totally dead but you still can't have it.

mmciastro,
I don't know if you would want to do that.
The cables behind the computer have been there so long that I think they have all melted together. Gets hot behind the P4 HT.
But if you want to stop, please do, we can have a few Amber Bocks anyway, great stuff.
Thanks, and Keep on crunchin'

Maybe we should all just throw a picnic, seeing as I'm next door in KY... :o)

Great, lets all meet up in Gatlinburg in the Smoky Mountains, and I'll supply some fresh out of the corn clear beverage. And to the genius that can get my 50 units to upload, I'll send you home with a case.
Warning, this stuff is so strong, that if you have never had it before, it is guaranteed to rip the outer layer off of your tongue and your throat, and you will feel the dizzying effects for the next 3 days, before you are able to walk again. User beware.

Might wanna break out a jug for me and throw in a bag of "Red Hot" fireballs and let them soak a couple days before I get there. LOL

I've got some cherries that have been soaking in a clear corn liquid for about a month now. Bet they will knock your fireballs off.
