Did you know that there is no such word as
Resubmerged in the Dictionary, if it had a meaning
it would be to go back under, to submerge back into
the deep dark water.

So you would go under and that under again!

I guess you the proper word here would be

to appear again after being lost, stolen or absent:

- The Troll has resurfaced!

- The Troll resurfaced today, after spending the past few hours lurking in the shadows contemplating his next move.
