I am a technical kind of person and have always been interested in facts and figures. The unknown, unexplainable, space and ET stuff has always been an area of interest for me....
Like all human processes and systems, the SETI@HOME project is changing and evolving (perhaps not at the pace that some of us would like) usually for the better. It is a most interesting question isn’t it? Which IMO certainly deserves an answer?!
Having said this the BOINC distributed computing concept is very interesting in its own right and has lots of great applications from a GRID computing / distributed computing perspective.
