| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I really believe that extraterrestrial life exists. It would be arrogantly to state that God has created only this one planet with life on it in this almost endless universe. Humans should transmit a beacon for the others to find us. Perhaps they are also looking for extraplanetarely life like we do. I think it does not matter what kind of information this transmission consists, but it had better be simple and contain information about us. I run SETI@home because of a chance to find signs showing information that come from other life- forms. I want to be a part of this great network. |
