Here it's looking like another Christmas without snow.

Shame for missing the fun sledging!

Very good for avoiding burning gas for heating...

(And very good not to be burning Pootin blood-money gas...)

Well I spent the morning out in the yard watering veggies, raking compost out of grass runners to get another barrow load of it and reshaping the pile before partly unfolding a heavy tarp over the rest to kill off the rest of the runners. With that done the rain can arrive here whenever it wants to.

Anyhow it must be time for a beer or 3 now as the temp reaches 24C (feels like 22C). ;-)

Cheers.

Speaking of weather this corner of the upper left coast has warmed up to 25f and by after noon a couple inchs of snow is forcast to go on top of the 2 inches already on the frozen ground and by evening freezing rain is to follow. This will be a mess until friday which is to warm up quite a bit with rain which should wash the mess away. The next 24 hrs promise to be ugly.

What a refreshing change of routine?!...

Perhaps we could do with a few more of these festivities and celebrations...

And enjoy more time with people?...

Have fun!

(Can someone twit that to Elon?...)

Must not let people know about the forecast of 80F for XMAS. They'll all want to move here.

As the drizzle continues to fall here we're now up to 17C (feels like 18C) after a damp 15C (felt like 16C) start with 19C expected. Xmas Day should have a temp range of 9-24C here with showers or a thunderstorm in the afternoon.

My potatoes and pumpkins are powering along (I think that I'll have the 3rd tyres added to the potato stacks before the end of the year) while my cos lettuce, pak choi and carrot seeds are sprouting so I'm just waiting on my spring onions to do the same now.

Anyhow it's time to dry off over another coffee.

Cheers.
