Winning on a gloomy looking Saturday morning, but hopefully I may get some wood split and stacked today. Cheers. |

Ok... So the fish n chip and ice cream and battered chocolate vans are out and yet very few people are to be seen... Such is my curse for bringing a wintery day to the area...! See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Still getting short periods of misty drizzle here as I'm about to go out and split some firewood that's is currently blocking my driveway before bringing it inside, but we are up to 17C (feels like 15C) now without seeing any sunshine so far with 19C being expected. Cheers. |

Well I'm now enjoying a beer after splitting a trolley load of that wood (very heavy, but very well seasoned stuff, though some had some mud on it) and getting back my vehicular access to my shed and backyard again (even if there is a diversion in place to the shed). Any that load can dry out in front of the wood heater downstairs while I have my LLB before I stack it up. We have made it to 18C (feels like 15C) here with a few splashes of sunshine being seen (while inside), but all I got while I was out there was patches of drizzle while swinging the block buster and standing in a bog that turned muddy. Cheers. |

They had inertial dampeners. Who needs seat belts when you have dampeners? (and overly dramatic actors.) |

Posting on a dark Sunday morning in the highlands. It's a foggy start at the Bathurst 12hrs. Cheers. |

Sounds good Mike. Anyhow we're enjoying some rare morning sunshine here. Meanwhile the Bathurst 12hrs started off in fog and now it's in rain. Cheers. |

Well as we continue to wait for the overdue wet stuff to arrive I can report that we reached a very unseasonable 23C here today. Cheers. |

Posting on a misty Monday morning in the highlands. Hopefully I'll get another load of firewood split and inside before rain and storms arrive here later. Cheers. |

Enjoyed some fantastic Summertime today only to be forewarned of Autumn for the morning... Amazing where Ice Cream Vans can park up, with outsourced staff!!! Which happened to be a good treat whilst... Up in the wilds investigating a microwave link with a generator container that was slipping down a soggy hill... All good fun but I'll admit to some aching feet from that one! (Ukrainian farmer needed...) After 2 misty periods here this morning, doing garbage duties, getting some kindling and doing a trip over to the supermarket we're now at a very muggy 19C (feels like 20C) and now I'm going to stack up that load of wood that I split yesterday then go and split some more (as soon as I finish this coffee) before that forecast rain gets here. Cheers. |

San Antonio is one of the greenest cities I have ever seen. Trees everywhere. It was hard to see the houses through the trees. |

Well the sun finally decided to pay us a visit here and quickly put a stop to my wood splitting as I couldn't see what I was doing through the sweat. It's a super muggy 21C (feels like 22C) here ATM and I'm now going to enjoy a quick LLB before I go and bring that load in, then I may think about doing some more. Cheers. |
