If I began to discuss of about historical subtleties of interaction of USA and Mexico around California, Texas and e.t.c., located on a far side of Earth (relatively to me), I'd look like absolute moron.

And therefore I will tell you about what I know much better - because I was born near to land widely discussed today and one of my grandmother used Ukrainian dialect of Russian language (or Ukrainian language - depends of point of view) in everyday life.

The most of East Europe - is heartland of Slavic nations - Poles, Russians, Belarusian, Czechs, Slovaks, Ukrainians, Slovenes, Serbs, Croats, Bulgarians and not only them. We have a common root and remain fraternal nations regardless of the squabbles of politicians.

During Second World War, almost all countries of continental Europe were either conquered by fascist Germany or surrendered almost without a fight. Except two. While Soviet Union grinding main fascists forces in greatest battles under Moscow, Stalingrad and Kursk and the fearless Belarusian partisans staged a "rail war" on the territory occupied by fascists, another example of immortal bravery was Yugoslavian partisans. Only these two countries - Soviet Union (or Russia) and Yugoslavia didn't give up, fought to the end and won.

And we remember this. We are happy to help our brothers from Slovenia (which was part of Yugoslavia until 1991) to do a good science.

(If in your school has filled your head with garbage about the decisive contribution of the USA or UK - file lawsuits against your education system that makes you... uneducated people in this part of World History).

But being heroes is hard. And on any territory occupied by fascists there were a people who either collaborated with them or even became their fiercest representatives, because there was no way back for them.

And after Russia, Ukraine and Belarus disbanded the USSR in 1991, the authorities of one of most sister republic for us - Ukraine (another one - Belarus), under the influence of US government, got from history trashcan one of the most bloodiest Nazi and began to impose it to the Russian population of country (about a half of whole population or even more) as a nation hero, forms Nazis military units and also to squeeze out and kill those who tried to defend their rights.

And now millions of Russians that hundreds of years lived on your our land turned out to be hostages of Nazi units, formed by Ukrainian government, who use them as a "human shield".
Brothers and sisters of many of us are now in mortal danger, because Nazis are putting heavy weapons among mutli-storey buildings and equipping fortified points in schools and hospitals.

Do you want to help them? Go to Biden and another maniacs from NATO and shout to them for to get out his bandits out of there.

If you are trying to understand what is going on, of course you will ask yourself a question - "Why? For what purpose?" And if you are not ultimately naive human, the answer is obvious - starting middle of 1990s United Europe powered by relatively cheap resources from Russia became full-fledged competitor to United Stated. Breaking off relations with Russia and getting Europe hooked on expensive gas and oil from the United States will allow to imprison whole European economic to "short leash".

You are a good guys, folks. But the world is very cruel and it is easy to deceive you.

It looks like to me that the top brass in Moscow has spent too much of their military budget on expensive playtoys like billion dollar yachts. Putin should be looking for a face saving way out of the mess he has created before one of his cronies does it for him.

“This treaty may be the beginning of the end of the Russian state. Because if you failed with Ukraine, how do you threaten NATO? How do you threaten the United States? You could not deal with Zelensky, so what are you?

“You have a choice: either you win this operation or start the final countdown.”...

Ukraine strikes fuel depot in Russia's Belgorod, regional governor says

April 1 (Reuters) - Two of Ukraine's military helicopters struck a fuel depot in the Russian city of Belgorod on Friday, a Russian official has said, making the first accusation of a Ukrainian air strike on Russian soil since Moscow invaded its neighbour in late February.

Video images of the purported attack posted online showed what looked like several missiles being fired from low altitude, followed by an explosion. Reuters has not yet been able to verify the images.

The helicopters struck the facility after crossing the border at low altitude, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on messaging app Telegram.

The resulting blaze injured two workers, Gladkov added, while some areas were being evacuated in the city near the Ukrainian border.

However, Russian oil firm Rosneft (ROSN.MM), which owns the fuel depot, said in a separate statement that no one was hurt in the fire, though it gave no information on the cause.
