I spoke too soon, there's now a fine misty drizzle falling here now to greet our impending sunrise. :-(

Cheers.

It's definitely hitting the ground and now a fog has rolled in (or a cloud has sat on us) so I'll take it that those couple of new chores to do out in the yard will be waiting a bit longer.

I think that I'll do a little cook up here today seeing as I've a bit of room again in the fridge and freezer.

At least I'm ok to bottle up more beer tomorrow if this weather continues.

Cheers.

A drizzle by any other name would still be precipitation.

Well that fine misty precipitation has pushed us here past the 500mm mark so far for this year and we should be in our dry season now (though not according to the forecasts).

We just hit 14C (feels like 12C) as this fog/cloud continues to stay put.

Cheers.

How true, cats find the simplest things to be toys, ignoring the things we think are cool cat toys......LOL.
Lori's cats do it all the time. Playing with an empty box, paper bag, plastic straw, or a crumpled up candy bar wrapper.
While the purchased toys spend more of their time in the kitty toy basket.

Meanwhile, for this part of the world, our recent rain storms have had little impact on the dried out fields other than to add a chilly dampness.

Meanwhile elsewhere, SpaceX rose above and descended through the clouds at Boca Chica, and the world rotates along a slightly different axis.

Going traditional. White with blue strip. Asked my Facebook friends what color bottom paint I should use. Nearly everyone said blue. I was thinking black but blue is good too. Maybe Blue and Black Dazzle? That would confuse the fish.

Sounds good.

Black paint was used in the past to hide the coal dirt for when the old steamships were refueled.

Since then, isn't red the standard colour for the hull?
