Yeah, I don't buy any cause they spoil too quickly and I don't have much space. I have the same problem but I have the space. I buy the small 1.5 pound bags. The small inch and a half to marble size tators. I know they cost more but are used quicker. I got a 5 pound bag of Yukon yellow potatoes that I will be making into potato soup in a few days. I know it looks like a lot but I portion pack in the refrigerator for a few meals ahead. I get four hours of up time after work before I have to get into bed if I want about six hours of sleep.
