Biden could certainly still win the election if it's overwhelming enough that it would be an obvious "fix" to hand it to Trump through the courts. What is to be avoided is a close election with a slight Trump loss; then we could have Bush v. Gore 2000 all over again. As for the courts: Five times Republican appointees have ruled against Trump. This was two years ago and there have been plenty more examples since. A war of words broke out between Trump and Chief Supreme Court Justice John Roberts Wednesday over the president's angry comments about judges who rule against him. Roberts, in a rare rebuke of a sitting president, said the country doesn't have "Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges." "What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them," Roberts said in a statement. "That independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for." Trump has the worst record at the Supreme Court of any modern president Justices Neil M. Gorsuch and Brett M. Kavanaugh have voted in favor of the Trump administration 39 percent and 57 percent of the time, respectively. These are, of course, two of his appointees. Don't forget that the Democrats could muster just as many if not more lawyers now; donations were twice that to the Republican campaign recently. And if it's to prevent an election being stolen outright moreso than 2000, add in the thousands affiliated with the ACLU, who have been very effective. With the low birth rates and the increase in people of retirement age, the tax increases needed to pay social security will become politically unsustainable, for the working age population. The only way that the tax paying workforce can increase is by immigration. In Flint, robocalls have been trying to trick people into voting tomorrow (which is not allowed) due to supposedly long lines at polling stations... In a separate campaign, robocallers have been warning people to "stay safe and [to] stay home,"... Hopefully, this might prompt Ajit Pai to clamp down on the profitable scams the telcos enjoy?...
