Donny might of cancelled his Jan. 6 stupidity, but 2 of his drop kicked fleas are stepping in.

Greene, Gaetz to hold Jan. 6 presser after Trump cancels.

I can just imagine all the B.S. and continuing lies that will be aired there. :-(

Will the U.S. survive this stupidity?

Well Donny's so called heroes are now zeroes.

Sayonara, Cyber Ninjas: Dubious "audit" firm shutting down after judge imposes $50,000 daily fine

Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based company hired to conduct a Republican-backed "audit" of the election results in Arizona's Maricopa County, said Thursday it is shutting down after a judge imposed a $50,000 per day fine for failing to turn over records.

"Cyber Ninjas is shutting down. All employees have been let go," Rod Thompson, a representative for the company, told NBC News.

Republican lawmakers released the results of the so-called "audit" of Arizona's most populous county in September, showing that President Joe Biden had defeated former President Donald Trump by 360 more votes than previously reported. Trump supporters instead seized on findings of potential irregularities in the election, but the Republican-led Maricopa County Elections Department on Thursday released a 93-page report debunking the review's "faulty and inaccurate conclusions."

Cyber Ninjas has been locked in a legal battle with the Arizona Republic, a newspaper that sued for the release of the company's records in the audit last summer. A Maricopa County judge on Thursday found the company in contempt of court and ordered it to pay a fine of $50,000 a day fine if fails to turn over the records, according to the Arizona Republic.

Cyber Ninjas' attorney Jack Wilenchik said in court that the company is insolvent and has not even been able to pay his legal fees. Wilenchik tried to remove himself from the case on that basis, but Judge John Hannah refused and rejected the company's claims.

"The court is not going to accept the assertion that Cyber Ninjas is an empty shell and that nobody is responsible for seeing that it complies," Hannah said, adding that the newly-announced shutdown "adds to the body of facts suggesting here that there is an intention to leave the Cyber Ninjas entity as an empty piñata for all of us to swing at."....
How many more will fall in support of v2.0's big lie?

The more the better I say. ;-)

Anyhow in Wisconsin Donny's RINO fleas attempt to takeover the Wisconsin Elections Commission looks set to fail with push back from within.

Wisconsin GOP leader: 'Zero chance' of taking over elections.

A top Republican lawmaker in the presidential battleground state of Wisconsin said Friday that there is “zero chance” the GOP-controlled Legislature will take over the awarding of the state's 10 presidential elector votes in 2024, even as Democrats worry that is their goal.

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos told The Associated Press in an interview that he also opposes dissolving the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission, which oversees elections, or making wholesale changes to how it operates....

....“This idea that we need to blow up the entire system? I just don’t see that,” Vos told the AP. “I do not favor some kind of a radical change to how the elections commission operates.”

Republican Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu made similar comments earlier this week.

Trump and his allies wanted the Legislature to overturn the results of the last election, but it did not have the power to do that and the state’s 10 electors were awarded to Biden.

“There is zero chance as long as I am speaker that we are going to have the Legislature take over awarding electors and all those kind of things,” Vos said. “It’s not going to happen. That’s just a false argument. We’re going to win the election because we’re going to change the rules to make sure that they’re fair to everybody, not to one side.”....
It's good to know that there are still some true Republicans around that don't want a wannabe dictator (and his fleas) telling them to do corrupt things.

Words of warning to all those that still support Trump.
‘I trusted the President’: Jan. 6 rioters in their own words
WASHINGTON (AP) — Facing prison time, many Jan. 6 rioters admit they were wrong to enter the U.S. Capitol and disavow political violence, despite what former President Donald Trump claims in spreading lies about the attack.

Some directly blame Trump for misleading them and warn Trump supporters not to trust him. Others remain defiant and allege they are victims of so-called cancel culture.

At least 170 rioters have pleaded guilty and more than 70 have been sentenced. One case was dismissed and two others closed after the people charged died. No one has been found not guilty.

A sampling of what they and their lawyers have said in court:

Donny's flea mate Bannon could be in even more trouble.

Steve Bannon Sought Bizarre Loan as His Jan. 6 Woes Spiraled.

Ex-White House strategist Steve Bannon appears to have recently sought a loan against a Connecticut property linked to one of his troubled nonprofits, documents reviewed by The Daily Beast show, even though the charitable organization no longer owns the home.

The materials, addressed directly to Bannon at the $1.5 million stone estate in the plush suburban town of Wilton, do not reveal the amount of money sought, nor what Bannon sought it for. They do, however, date the loan application to Dec. 2, 2021, roughly three weeks after a grand jury indicted Bannon for refusing to testify before the House committee probing the Jan. 6 riot and around two weeks following his initial appearances in federal court.

They also indicate Bannon attempted to borrow the dough from a Phoenix branch of KS Statebank, a Kansas-based lender, via a Delaware limited liability company named for the home’s address.

Neither a spokesperson for Bannon nor his powerhouse attorneys responded to repeated requests for comment, and calls and emails to the bank and its employees went unanswered. It is unclear if the money ever came through, because the bank signaled in the documents it might want an appraisal of the five-acre compound, with its in-ground pool and guest house—and Bannon in fact does not own the home or any stake in it....
Now that's fraud isn't it and likely something that he learned from Donny.

And then there's Donny other flea named DeSantis.

Floridians Furious as Ron DeSantis Confirms 1 Million COVID Tests Expired in Warehouse.

Floridians have expressed outrage after Gov. Ron DeSantis' administration confirmed as many as one million COVID-19 tests expired in a Florida warehouse.

During a press briefing, Florida Department of Emergency Management Director Kevin Guthrie told reporters that the kits sat in a warehouse during the fall when demand was low.

The COVID-19 rapid test kits, manufactured by Abbott Laboratories, expired "before December 26 to December 30," Guthrie said.

"We had between 800,000 and a million Abbott test kits in our warehouse that did expire," the top state official said at the briefing, alongside the Republican governor.

Guthrie said that there wasn't adequate demand to use the rapid tests. DeSantis noted that he would ask the White House to extend the expiration dates on the batch of kits.

Despite demand from Miami-Dade County for COVID-19 rapid tests last month, Guthrie said DeSantis' administration "tried to get them out."

"But there was not a demand for it," he added.

Some Floridians took to Twitter to express their outrage at the news.

"Over the holiday I got hit with a [expletive] of a cold. Was it COVID? Who knows because I couldn't get any kind of test in time," wrote journalist Mike Redmond. "Because of that my wife, son and I have to assume COVID was in the mix and wait a month to get our boosters. Long story short, [expletive] Ron DeSantis."

Krishna Komanduri, chief of the Division of Transplantation and Cellular Therapy at Florida's Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, expressed frustration at the news amid a demand for COVID-19 rapid tests in the state.

"I can hear Doctor Evil's voice in my head...ONE MILLION COVID TESTS! Paid for by #Florida taxpayers and allowed to expire in a warehouse by @GovRonDeSantis," Komanduri said.

He added, "While I struggle to find them in order to test family members to keep elderly and immunocompromised relatives safe."....

... DeSantis noted that he would ask the White House to extend the expiration dates on the batch of kits...

Except that shouldn't be done...

There is a very good reason for the expiry dates. Those tests cannot be trusted to properly function when too old and expired...

Can DeSantis call upon the Feds or upon his gods to extend the expiry date of my extra bottle of milk that went off over Christmas?...

Ya can frig the date. Regardless, the milk will still have gone off to make cheese!

Unbelievable?

Well the oven is almost ready for Donny.

Trump should be very afraid: This anniversary was not good news for him.

...Watching him on TV and reading my Bob Woodward tea leaves, it looked to me on Thursday that he has heard talk from friends and sources amounting to more than rumor — that Trump is going to end up charged with a felony, or multiple felonies. He made clear that he thinks the House Jan. 6 committee is being thorough, almost to a fault, in the way they're going about their investigation of the events before, during and after the day itself. Woodward is a Washington Whisperer par excellence. He's been at it for almost 50 years. He is one of the least excitable guys I've ever met. But on Thursday, as he was being interviewed by Lawrence O'Donnell, he looked like he was about to levitate out of his chair.

That's why for Donald Trump, Jan. 6 this year was even worse than Jan. 6 last year. As Richard Nixon discovered, when Bob Woodward says you're in trouble, you've really got something to worry about.
And then there's this Florida Oath Breaker that got caught with a bomb at a rally in support of a suspect in the January 6 Capitol riot.

Florida Man Found With Explosive Device Near Rally for 1/6 Riot Suspect, Police Say.

...Gualtieri added Friday that deputies spotted Smith, who lives with his parents in Oldsmar, running away from the protest, "as if fleeing something." He was wearing "all black clothing, a face covering, and carrying a black backpack," according to the sheriff's office.

"Something caused him to want to get out of there quickly, but I don't know what it is," said Gualtieri.

Deputies arrested Smith on charges of loitering and prowling. While taking him into custody, they searched his backpack, discovering an explosive device, police said. Deputies did not find any other such devices after searching the area.

Bomb technicians confirmed the device was indeed an explosive, and deputies found M-80 fireworks in his car, said Gualtieri. After obtaining a search warrant for Smith's home, police said, they found more explosives including a "pipe-type" and "hand grenade-type" along with nails and duct tape. Smith has been charged with possessing a destructive device...

Now what are those RINO's trying to hide in Iowa?

Republican leadership bars journalists from Iowa Senate floor, worrying press advocates.

But then there's.

McCarthy "Talked Himself Right Into Being a Marquee Witness" Against Trump: Ex-Fed Prosecutor.

That should all lead to this, then this and then a couple of months later this. (He isn't so tall without his pumped up designer shoes.)
