It seems my seti account has vanished. Not recognising email address anymore, and not showing up when i look for the account in the statistics.

Originally created the account back in August 1999, and last used it a few years ago was going through my old emails and seen an old new letter from 2016 so wanted to start up again on the new computer.

Is there anyone i can contact that might be able to have a look if i provide the old email address and registration date? Literally tried every email i have ever had (not that many) in case i had moved it for some strange reason and forgot, thats how i found this old account but apart from this one none of them are recognised.

The project is [ur=https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=85267&postid=2035163l]in hibernation[/url], so it's not much use to add a new computer as there is no work, and there won't be work for the foreseeable future.

As for the account, if you don't know the email address anymore that you used to make the account with, it's going to be difficult. The email address is the unique identifier. Maybe check through old maps to see if you still have a copy of your authenticator key lying around?
I searched users and found this other account with your name on it, from August 1999, so suspect that's your account. It's still there. You just need to match the right email address to it. And else you can always try to PM Eric Korpela and ask him for help.

I'm experiencing a similar situation, my old account is also Padillaz, created in 1999. I however have the old hard drive to my old computer which has BOINC installed on it. Not sure what to look for or how to recover my old account at this point. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
