Will we be able to report completed work past 3/31? Or should I set nomorework now, so everything will be finished/uploaded/reported beforehand?

No one knows for sure.

we suspect the answer could be that yes they will still accept work after the deadline, but that has not been officially stated.

AFAIK The only "oficial" information was: they will stop to produce new work. The rest is unclear.
Maybe Richard or other with more access to the S@H powers could have the complete answer this question.

You could see the "oficial" statement here: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=85267&postid=2035163

No, I don't. I think I'm in the same position as Mr. Kevvy in messsage 2036676:

I don't even feel like bothering them any more about anything regarding the shutdown (they don't seem keen on it.)
The only thing that is definitely and officially stated on the record is in that news item:

However, SETI@home is not disappearing. The web site and the message boards will continue to operate.
And every word I'm typing here will get stored in the same database as our tasks and statistics - that's how BOINC works. So, if the message boards continue to operate, so will the database. It would take an effort of conscious will to disable the scheduler so our final results can't reach that database.

Thanks Eric for all you made in this years for us & the project.
