In case anyone joined MilkyWay@home i created a SETI orphans team over there.
If you want to join, take a look here: https://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/team_display.php?teamid=179280

They have good GPU-apps over there! >;)

Doing MW tasks sometimes but was already in Arisona Moon's team before hibernation...

Joined. Kept thinking of starting that myself, but didn't feel up for managing it after that, so kept waiting to see if someone else would. Thanks :)

I think that the African Rain Fall project from World Community Grid is getting some "churn" in systems.

I kicked it back up to "unlimited" along with the Conv19 project's unlimited.

And more than half of what I have been processing are re-sends.

I am getting 01, 02, and even 03 files.

This doesn't surprise me. Those WUs take a long time on my system and with all the newbies the covid project dragged in, I'm sure there are a bunch of newbies trying to figure out settings and queue lengths.

I finally got my silver badge in Covid. At some point I'll go back to AR and earn my bronze (half way there).

There is interesting post of DA regarding refining of observation conditions for data we processed those years.
He stressed new interpolation procedure (why it missed before - no idea) but I more curious about detector sensitivity profile that differs from simple circle with gaussian distribution inside.
In my imagination if single signal ray will cross detector it will not result in gaussian-like rise and fall of signa power still we approximate such type of signal as gaussian curve.
DA mentioned that those side-lobes particularly impostant for strong signals, but w/o any quantative analysys to look into. Pity he's not verbose enough :)

I found his post illuminating also. But to wonder why it took so long to figure out they weren't accounting for side lobes. Basic antenna theory covers that.

Congrats on your badges Tullio! I'm really close to getting the gold one in Covid. The badges do add a bit of fun to the crunching.

Does anyone know of a list of projects which support Intel GPU ?

I have successfully run Einstein tasks, and used to run SETI GPU tasks.

I would like to know of any other projects that will run on an Intel GPU please ?

The only other public, recognised, project shown on BOINC's project list is Collatz Conjecture.

[The BOINC Project List is generated automatically from the application list of each listed project, so it can be taken as authoritative in this context. The only error I know of is a false listing of ATI GPUs for LHC.]

Key word is "other":)
And yep, I run E@h on 2 netbook's iGPU currently.
In general, OpenCL app should go, but it seems not many projects have it.

Thanks Richard, I've added Collatz, and got my first tasks.
First GPU task took almost 21 hours, I also received a CPU task before I managed to turn off CPU, ETA is currently around 12 Days.

I have set Collatz to Resource Share of 10, with most other projects between 75 to 200, SETI is still on 10,000 :)

I would like to increase the resource share of WCG to 200 or 250, It's currently the default 100
I have searched for how to change this on WCG settings and Forum Search without success.
Does anyone know where the setting is hidden ?
I know that WCG is a bit different to most other BOINC projects, as most have a fairly similar layout, but WCG is very different.

@Keith. I am currently running Einstein GPU tasks einsteinbinary_BRP4_1.34_windows_x86_64__opencl-intel_gpu-Beta

Device Manager/Device Profiles/
Click on your device & scroll down to the end & you'll see Cross Project setting with a box "Project weight". Default is 100. Change that & save.

Thanks, that worked. I've set it to 250.
I see that I can set the share for individual WCG projects here too.

. . It was probably worthwhile that curiosity prompted me to check that out. I have now added Covid-19 to my active projects.
