Getting ready to go to work. Looking at another 50 hour work week again. Maybe it will be like this until the virus 🦠 goes away.

Well I've still got some work to do down in the house so that should keep me out of trouble for another day or 2.

Cheers.

The worry has finally hit. A shelter in place order has been issued where I live. Still learning what it all entails. Curfew and fines and what not.
Now the fun begins with my job being essential and being out after curfew.

I thought I would have the same issue yesterday as we were supposed to be "in lockdown" - but the Government have back tracked (again!) and said that anyone who can't work from home should go to work as normal - which is a far cry from "essential workers only". Profit before people.

Anyway, I am now in isolation as I myself have developed a fever. No other symptoms...yet?!

With your medical history it is even more important to say "Stay safe Andy, and I hope it's not the dreaded virus"

Take care of yourself Andy. Most of us on this board are at risk. I fit both essential and at risk so working from home except when I need something from the office.

Thanks guys. I thought i'd update to say i've developed ear ache, & sore throat this afternoon.

I fear the worst has happened, but it might just be any other bug if I am lucky!

I don't have the customary dry cough, so maybe it is just an ear infection or something.

Let’s hope it’s a regular garden variety crud you have and not that new invasive weed going around currently.

How much fever Andy? Low grade and you don't need to worry about Covid 19. If a high fever, see your doc PDQ, just because it might be flu or something else that needs some treatment.

Best of luck that it is a normal ordinary bug and hopefully not long lasting.

I just have an ongoing left shin infection which I'm treating once again with bactrim after another visit to the ER, the dripping is going down again, this was after My Doctor said I had no more infection, well now that they are aware, they renewed the prescription over the phone.

I had 1 gram of vancomycin infused into My body at the ER in Barstow over about one hours time, by the time I was released it was too late to go to the Walmart Pharmacy to get a prescription for Bactrim which I'm now taking from the ER prescription.
The renewed prescription from the Doctors office has yet to be filled or picked up since I don't think I have enough fuel to get there and back.
My leg is at long last looking like the leg it should be, instead of having a dark red and Doctor ignored mass on the back of My shin, My Doctor ignored it based on a blood test, the ER did the same test and said I was clear, but that My leg was infected.

Why don't I buy and keep the tank filled to the full mark? Gasoline deteriorates and I don't want My cars fuel system all gummed up.

In a few days I'm hoping to buy some more gasoline and then drive to and from town to get that renewed prescription filled. So until then I'm staying home.

Covid-19 is up to 38 cases in this county and there has been 1 death too.

You can't see a Doc at the moment. They are all in hiding or helping out at the overflowing hospitals.

The good news is that I didn't die in my sleep and I woke without a sore throat or even an ear ache! Did my body mend in the night, will it return later? I do still have a fever of 39.3C (which will stump most of you on here I guess...so about 103F in your currency) but I don't feel the fever - at all.
