So is he intentionally lying or is it a symptom of Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia? The former and it would take a jury about 5 minutes to agree. Not in Moscow Mitch's senate. |

Hum, don't remember anything asinine Rump did this weekend. One has to wonder why. Was he out shopping for Christmas? (A snowball in proverbial place.) Golfing? Party? Meetings with lawyers? |

I don't like our PM much any more; his behaviour was unprofessional (even if he thinks he's off-camera he shouldn't stoop to that conduct at a major world summit) and he's not doing anything about certain issues (ie gun crime in urban areas.) However, in this case, most of the job losses we've been experiencing are due to effects on our "oil patch" from this so-called trade war. The price of oil and futures fell directly along with every tariff against China and other nations; now that it appears there will be a new trade deal in early 2020 it's starting to perk up again. It's certainly arguable that this was necessary due to an unfair existing situation, but still it's something external we had no control over. |

IG's report WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI was justified in opening its investigation into ties between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia and did not act with political bias, despite “serious performance failures†up the bureau’s chain of command, the Justice Department’s internal watchdog said in a highly anticipated report Monday. The findings undercut President Donald Trump’s claim that he was the target of a “witch hunt.†|

Rump is living in an alternate universe, one where "no political motive" = "an attempted coup" Obvious the 25th should have been invoked a long time ago. Frankly it may be why he gets off, he'll be not guilty by reason of insanity. |

It looks like v2.0 is looking for advice from his puppet master. Trump meets Moscow's top diplomat amid impeachment probe. Meanwhile I wonder what Steele and Ivanka were getting up to? Steele dossier: Ex-British spy rejects Trump inquiry report. And then there's. Growing divide between Trump and McConnell over impeachment trial. I guess that we'll find out next year if the U.S. republicans will grow some civilised morals and ethics or will they follow that sewer pipe down to v2.0's level? |

In the next few weeks we shall see how many are honorable and how many are common criminals and should be disbarred. I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God. |

Is this another possible Trumped "off-side"?... Amazon’s fight with Trump is about much more than $10bn When the Pentagon first tendered the so-called Jedi contract in March 2018, the stakes couldn't have been higher. The Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure project would give the military a cloud computing system that could handle 3.4 million demanding users, many of whose lives depended on it working correctly. Rather than share the responsibility between several companies - as the likes of Oracle and IBM had keenly hoped - the Department of Defense decided that this was to be a "winner takes all" contract. One project, one provider, $10bn (£7.6bn). Experts considered it an opportunity beautifully "gift wrapped" for Amazon. Its Amazon Web Services (AWS) was already, by far, the biggest cloud platform in the world, entrusted with sensitive data belonging to millions of clients. Among them, the Central Intelligence Agency... ... Except, it didn't. Against expectations, the Department of Defense awarded the contract to Microsoft. Now, Amazon is going head-to-head with the Trump administration, arguing that the President himself unfairly interfered with the selection process out of spite for Jeff Bezos due to his ownership of the Washington Post... ... But what has Amazon so incensed is what the Pentagon's decision might mean for future, similar contracts... ... Mr Trump's dislike of Mr Bezos stems from the world's richest man - that's Mr Bezos - having ownership of the Washington Post newspaper, a major thorn in the side of the President... Is this where it gets very personal and the USA and the USA armed forces be damned? And the freedom of the press be damned?? Unfortunately, will this also raise a whole new deadly specter of the Blue-Screen-of-Death?... They found the Deep State The Justice Department’s watchdog told Congress that he has an ongoing investigation into what appears to be leaks from agents in the New York FBI field office to Rudy Giuliani about the Hillary Clinton email investigation in 2016. |

Yep, 15% of the population a/k/a one person one vote, 23% of the GDP a/k/a tax revenue, 6% of the land area. Wait a second, 6% of the USA accounts for 23% of the taxes?! Shouldn't they have something like 23/6 = 3.8 times the voting power of the rest?! I think we have found the problem with the electoral college. Just for the heck, The republic of Texas, 8% of population, 8.7% of GDP, 7% of area. So 8.7/7 = 1.2 times, so pretty close to one for one. |
