Love it, show him [redacted] and see how he admits/denies.

[redacted] is very likely proof beyond a reasonable doubt of his crime. No wonder he plead guilty. Red-handed.

I see he is at odds with the Intelligence community again. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-52496098
US President Donald Trump has appeared to undercut his own intelligence agencies by suggesting he has seen evidence coronavirus originated in a Chinese laboratory.

Earlier the US national intelligence director's office said it was still investigating how the virus began.

But the office said it had determined Covid-19 "was not manmade or genetically modified".

Apples and Oranges again.........He said it ORIGINATED in the Wuhan lab. He said NOTHING about it being manmade or engineered by that lab. He has suggested REPEATEDLY that it escaped from that lab due to lax or non-existent safety procedures. The FACT of this lack of safety procedure was disclosed by US Intelligence services in 2018.

Not News, just FAKE news.

If you google " trump virus originated in chinese laboratory" you get pages of news reports saying the virus originated in laboratory.

It is widespread that it cannot be called fake news, just because it does not fit into Trump's ideas on the subject.
Show me his qualifications to say he is an expert of this subject or the drugs he are so sure are going to work in defeating the virus.

There's a large difference in postulating totally deranged philosophies and making off hand statements under duress from a hostile media. The enormity of the actual attempted coup against The President are going to become very public during the next few months leading to the election.

Some very prominent figures in many Departments of Government and the Legislature are going to be asked some very uncomfortable questions before the end of the Summer. And hopefully some Grand Juries impaneled.

Is it a coup if everyone independently arrives at the same conclusion, or is it a coup when they have to be persuaded to the conclusion?

Is this Trump's next false hope and 'tactical' distraction?

US authorises use of anti-viral drug Remdesivir
wrote:
... A recent clinical trial showed the drug helped shorten the recovery time for people who were seriously ill.

However, it did not significantly improve survival rates.

Experts have warned the drug - which was originally developed to treat Ebola, and is produced by Gilead pharmaceutical company in California - should not be seen as a "magic bullet" for coronavirus...

... remdesivir?

The drug did not cure Ebola, and Gilead says on its website: "Remdesivir is an experimental medicine that does not have established safety or efficacy for the treatment of any condition." Gilead also warns of possible serious side-effects. However, President Trump has been a vocal supporter of remdesivir as a potential treatment for the coronavirus...

Have Trump said Remdesivir is a game changer? I wonder why because the side effects are by far less then the other Surgeon General Trump drugs has proposed.

Here is a very scary parallel from the 'official' promotion of a supposed "wonder drug" for a big pandemic from 100 years ago...

Beware?!...

Salicylates ("Aspirin") and Pandemic Influenza Mortality, 1918–1919 Pharmacology, Pathology, and Historic Evidence
wrote:
... In 1918, the US Surgeon General, the US Navy, and the Journal of the American Medical Association recommended use of aspirin just before the October death spike. If these recommendations were followed, and if pulmonary edema occurred in 3% of persons, a significant proportion of the deaths may be attributable to aspirin...

... Four lines of evidence support the role of salicylate intoxication in 1918 influenza mortality: pharmacokinetics, mechanism of action, pathology, and the spate of official recommendations for toxic regimens of aspirin immediately before the October 1918 death spike...

Meanwhile today:

Bayer: Consumer Health - Help People Treat Multiple Cold Symptoms
wrote:
We help alleviate the multiple symptoms people suffer when affected by cold and flu. Whether people need relief from ... or early and full-blown cold symptoms (Aspirinâ„¢ ...)...

Note carefully that the above commercial promotion only lists to ease symptoms. There is no cure there. That is nothing more than peddling a 'feel-good' to continuing to suffer...

The only positive aspect is that for today, only much smaller doses are allowed so as to not directly kill the victim/patient!

(There is still the danger that relieving the symptoms might mean a sufferer is (mis)lead to suffer longer before seeking medical help...)

Meanwhile, what might Trump promote next as a wonder cure and for why and to what (deadly) effect?...

(Reminder: Seek advice ONLY from a trusted qualified medical physician.)

All in our only one deadly greedy world.

I have repeatedly said to my wife during these "News Conferences". With Vice President Pence present and Trump speaking.
"I'll bet Pence is just shaking his head inside and trying not to grimace." :-/
With a POTUS like Trump and a Vice president (any abbreviations?) lurking behind Trump's back, what to expect?

It works both ways. If the professionals don't trust the president...

Unfortunately, the power imbalance makes it easier for the president to bypass / replace the professionals, than the other way round.
