That electoral college is nothing but a rort, but then again doesn't that describe the whole U.S. political system ATM? |

How much sicker can v2.0 get? Trump's ad comparing himself to Thanos is 'sick', says supervillain's creator. While Moscow Mitch might be worried that he won't get the normal 67 votes required to avoid v2.0 being impeached so he wants it changed to a simple majority vote instead. 2 GOP senators say McConnell will move to acquit Trump, not merely dismiss charges. And then Fox turns. Fox host lambasts Trump over 'most sustained assault on press freedom in US history'. While this is likely to hurt v2.0's redneck/trailer park base. Trump's food stamp cuts will strip lifeline from millions of Americans. Well he's killed a lot of farmers' income who did support him so why not now hit his lower base even harder. |

v2.0 still isn't a happy chappy. Trump isn’t happy that Greta Thunberg was named Time magazine’s Person of the Year. |

Its the economy stupid, and by that measure it doesn't look good for the GOP, except through their eyeballs. https://www.pewsocialtrends.org/2019/12/11/most-americans-say-the-current-economy-is-helping-the-rich-hurting-the-poor-and-middle-class/ Most Americans Say the Current Economy Is Helping the Rich, Hurting the Poor and Middle Class |

Listening to the impeachment hearings I am impressed with how utterly disingenuous the Republican arguments are. They are worse than the worst we get in this forum. |

Listening to the impeachment hearings I am impressed with how utterly disingenuous the Republican arguments are. From whom is the lead taken? Conspiracy spouting voters or conspiracy spouting politicians? Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

Listening to the impeachment hearings I am impressed with how utterly disingenuous the Republican arguments are. Neither, it is from click bait spouting professional liars who steal from the gullible. |

“The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it.†And we all know v2.0 has no time for the truth, but then crooks don't, do they? |

Listening to the impeachment hearings I am impressed with how utterly disingenuous the Republican arguments are. Let's ignore the "I like Trump" (but can't explain why) folks, since they "liked" Bush previously and couldn't explain why 9 or 10 years ago, either. I mean the people that have *some* awareness of things. People that know what their conservative beliefs are. People that liked GWB and couldn't believe in the the 9-11 conspiracies spouted by Alex Jones and his ilk. I'd say it's safe to say that, among the aware group, they didn't believe a lot of conspiracy theories. But now, Trump & Jones are cozy. Do they accept more conspiracy theories now? Or not? Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

Listening to the impeachment hearings I am impressed with how utterly disingenuous the Republican arguments are. You perhaps forget the power of the 11th commandment. The one the devil himself created to capture the souls of the church going conservative crowd. Thou shalt not speak evil -- or the truth -- of a Republican. The subset you speak of may simply be silent in public. One hopes the jury vote will be secret as all judicial jury votes are, but the devil's minions are in power. |

Listening to the impeachment hearings I am impressed with how utterly disingenuous the Republican arguments are. Silent in public these days seems to be keeping away from the secular world. HIDING. Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

Poor old v2.0 feels threatened by a 16-year-old girl, but then again he should feel that way as he really is an imbecile (that's likely why he got his missus in on the act). Why is the president of the United States cyberbullying a 16-year-old girl? |

And a very good example of where the immature misogyny of Trump needs smacking down. Are we not supposed to be in more enlightened times? Greta has NOT been stolen of her childhood. That's f*ing nonsense. Greta's parents are not rich either. It's sponsors that pay her trips. And if you have really listened to what she had said (don't think many have done that) it's only facts from scientists, not her guesses. However Trump, the self proclaimed genius and chosen one, is VERY rich but very afraid of a female teenager standing up against him! He is an a**hole. Trump counteracted Greta's move with this. |

That juxtaposition is a really painful Ouch! Ouch! But will that yet stir some positive action? Or at least cause the demise of the more negative vandalism? Or are such rich so aloof and uncaring as to not care at all?...
