Fake. UK licenses do not display the Union Jack & second, 4b is not superimposed on the photo.
Funny thing though, the address is real. :-)

Donald - (Sh_t for brains) - Trump --- is not going to be happy with this Breaking News:

Washington Post
Devlin Barrett and Karoun Demirjian
Dec. 2 - 2019 - 4:21 p.m. PST

Attorney General William P. Barr has told associates he disagrees with the Justice Department’s inspector general on one of the key findings in an upcoming report — that the FBI had enough information in July 2016 to justify launching an investigation into members of the Trump campaign, according to people familiar with the matter.

Of course it's a fake. I'm surprised though that the residence of bearer is on a UK driving licence. On passports and national ID cards there are none.
And a Swedish driving licence doesn't show the residence either.

I bet that a few of v2.0's buddies are breathing a big sigh of relief.

Trump's administration loses bid to bring back federal executions in US.

Well, he's over here at the moment for a NATO summit. Wonder if he'll castigate France for its new digital services tax. Of the FAANG group (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix & Google), Amazon has increased its rates for French business users by 3%. That happens to be the rate for the new tax.

Yes and Boris is worried.

Boris Johnson is trying to avoid a one-on-one meeting with Trump. Here's why.

And you people certainly don't want this to happen.

PM to downplay ties to Trump amid claims of 'NHS sell-off'.

But I do wonder what B.S. v2.0 is going to spew out at this event.

A remarkable two-track dynamic has developed on the politics of the Affordable Care Act. And it has obvious ramifications for both Democrats and Republicans in the 2020 elections.

It’s this: Even as President Trump and national Republicans remain as zealous as ever about destroying the ACA, the logic of its Medicaid expansion is proving politically irresistible in numerous states — including deep red ones.

The latest red state to move toward expanding Medicaid is Missouri. The state’s governor, Mike Parson, has announced that if a ballot referendum expanding Medicaid passes, he’ll carry out the proposal, even if he personally disagrees with it.

Whether Mr. Trump is able to heed the “stay away” signals Mr. Johnson has been waving in his face remains to be seen.
If he does, it would mark a big departure from his style on previous visits.
Too many worldwide do not understand what the word "NO" means - Especially men of his calibre!

Quote from the "sent very clear" link on the above link. Wouldn't let me copy & paste. :-(

Something only naturalized immigrants have, native born are undocumented.

So........... a Birth Certificate is no longer a 'document'?

It isn't a federal document, so it does not establish what the federal government thinks about your citizenship. Where as naturalization papers do.
Just ask Rump about Obama's birth certificate!

Here's more that will make v2.0 scream.

Highlights from the newly released FBI Mueller investigation notes.

And then there's the Trump Republican report that fuels Trump's Ukraine fantasy.

Just so we understand that ethics and morals are very low priorities on the Republican side of things these days.

I had to obtain a replacement driving licence this year, following a mishap in America, where I "became separated from my wallet".

The new licence does show both the EU stars surrounding 'UK', and the Union Flag to the right, as in the specimen image. It also has my full home address, which is why I'm reluctant to confirm with an image.

No doubt there will be further variations as time progresses...

Interesting. That made me look at all my driver cards.
The original driver card issued in 2013 [Digital tacho - grandfather rights no longer applied from 2014 due to EU regs) is the same as Driving license with 2 exceptions - 9 is not displayed but 4b is on the photo & a new 5c displayed, new driver card database number.
As they're only valid for 5 years the replacement has address removed.
dCPC no address.

Curiouser and curiouser. My licence is for motor cars only - no commercial/heavy vehicle additions. I passed my test in 1969, and got a small cardboard licence. After I moved north in the mid 1970s, I was issued with a new-style paper licence, valid until 2022 (my 70th birthday) - I was amused at the time, and felt it was unlikely still to be true that long.

I had that paper licence re-issued in 1993 when I moved house - so it must have had the now-outdated address on it. Nothing else had changed. Sometime in the early 2000s, I was pulled over by the police (minor speeding infringement), and asked to show my licence. I showed my tatty piece of paper, and they were surprised I still held that form of licence: but they accepted it, and the only question they asked about validity was whether the address was still correct. The paper was duly retained, and later returned by the Court, duly endorsed with my penalty points.

So a current address has been integral to the UK system - for car licences, at least - for many decades. I wonder why they've discontinued it now for your tacho card.

It's chipped. Police/DVSA have what is called a "control card" which can show/print out all details from the tacho card or vehicle itself. Wouldn't be all that surprised if home address is accessible via that.

Here in Florida, we are being inundated with never-ending Bloomberg TV political ads.

IMHO, what the Bloomberg ads are saying is this:

This Democrat Billionaire Capitalist is the answer to the Republican Billionaire Capitalist.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha,ha, ha, ha, ha, ha...

I have to ask. How come you have the time to watch TV and all those lying TV adds.

edit] Switch the TV off, go read The Trump-Ukraine Impeachment Inquiry Report which has been released
